1. Business identity and scope

The legal contracting entity is Vector Notion Digital, E1403, Godrej Aqua, Hosahalli, Bangalore 562157, India. Contact: contact@vectortnotion.com. Taicho and Swarit are digital products operated by Vector Notion Digital. Product-specific terms and an expressly agreed order form apply to the relevant purchase.

2. Using our services

You must be legally able to enter into a contract and provide accurate account and billing information. Keep your credentials secure. Do not use our services for unlawful activity, infringement, abuse, unauthorised access or interference with other users or systems.

3. Pricing and payments

Our Products & Pricing page displays Indian rupee prices and plan allowances. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The final price, taxes, billing interval, usage limits and any additional charges will be disclosed at checkout or in an agreed order form before payment. We will not impose undisclosed usage charges.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically where recurring billing is agreed at purchase, until cancelled before the next billing date. Any change to renewal pricing will be communicated before it takes effect. Enterprise and bespoke engineering services are quoted individually.

4. Delivery, cancellation and refunds

All services are delivered digitally. Delivery timelines are described in our Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy. Cancellation, refund eligibility and processing times are described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, linked in the footer. No physical goods or cash on delivery are offered.

5. Content and intellectual property

You retain rights to material you submit and grant us permission to process it as needed to provide the service. You must have the necessary rights to that material. Our software, branding and website content remain ours or our licensors’, subject to any applicable open-source licence or written agreement. AI-generated material can contain errors; review it before relying on or publishing it.

6. Availability and responsibility

We use reasonable efforts to maintain services, but maintenance and third-party outages may interrupt access. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and using services appropriately. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict access where needed to address unlawful use, material breach or a security threat. Where practicable, we will notify you and allow the issue to be addressed. Termination does not remove any refund or other rights available under applicable law.

8. Law, complaints and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bangalore have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights and any other jurisdiction available under applicable law. Send questions or complaints to contact@vectortnotion.com. Changes will be posted with a revised effective date and material changes affecting an ongoing purchase will be communicated.
