Why we’re starting with voice.

A customer should be able to ask a question in the language that comes naturally. That is where Swarit begins.

A voice agent uses business knowledge and a workflow to pass an enquiry to a person, with Kannada and Gujarati greetings.

A familiar way in

India does not have one way of speaking. A conversation can move between English, Hindi, and a regional language, often within a single household or business. The language a person chooses is part of how they explain what they need.

We are building Swarit around voice because a phone conversation is already familiar. It can connect someone looking for a home, someone arranging an appointment, or someone trying to find an order. The interface should meet them there.

Indian languages. Real tasks.

Swarit is Vector Notion’s voice-agent product for India. It supports Marathi, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, Assamese, Oriya, Hindi, and English.

Language access is the starting point. Businesses also need the conversation to follow their process: ask the right questions, use the right information, record what matters, and pass the context to a person when needed.

That is why Swarit brings together business knowledge, defined workflows, approved tools, and structured results. An enquiry should leave a useful record for the next person, with unanswered questions still visible.

Start by speaking

The public playground is an invitation to try the interaction. Choose a language and voice, give the agent instructions if you want, and begin. Listening to a conversation gives a different understanding of a product than reading a list of features.

This is the direction behind Swarit: AI that becomes easier to use because it fits a conversation people already know how to have.
